Time Freight Curier 10 days and still no delivery.

This is most probably the worst option you can choose for a courier service. I paid R938 to pick up two boxes from Cardies in Cape Gate on the 28th of September. It was a very straight forward delivery that had to go to Cardies East Gate. Today is the 08th of October and they still could not manage to deliver the parcels. I called 9 times and client services pass me like a hot Patatoe to the dispatch whom claims the driver can not find the Cardies Store in the Eastgate Shopping center. It’s by far the most frustrating, most expensive, useless courier service that I have ever encountered. Save yourself the hardship, money, time and frustration and choose absolutely any other courier company that you can find. It can’t get worst than Time Freight Couriers.
