Time Freight bad service

Please do not use this courier service. A parcel that was initially supposed to be delivered to Capetown was sent to Pinetown and nobody can explain why. I have made numerous calls to their call center and also sent an email to their contact center(no response)<br> I was given a number of their branch in Pinetown but neither the landline or cellphone number works. I was alsed to contact a Keegan at their Pinetown branch but the number that they gave me ***) does not work.<br> I have not been advised as to when I will receive the parcel or what the costs will be.<br> Its been a while since I have received such bad service.
