Theft by courier company.

On 24 April 2015 - Back Up Fashions Durban sent 3 strapped boxes of garments to Milmar Fashions Hennenman, waybill no 96882/6 to the value of R14951.00<br> The goods never reached Hennenman. I made enquiries first to Welkom but was kept in the dark and sent from pillar to post. Eventually they acknowledged that the boxes went missing between Johannesburg and Welkom. After umpteen phone calls I sent a claim form from Bloemfontein which I duly filled in and submitted to Bloemfontein and Pietermaritzburg on 11 May 2015.<br> There was a disclaimer section of the claim form that I found unreasonable as you could not submit the claim unless you sign the disclaimer. Why must Milmar Fashions suffer loss due to Time Freight negligence and /or ******** staff.<br> Eventually on 17 June 2015 after umpteem calls I was told that only R3000 was going to be paidc out according to company policy. I informed them that I am not accepting this. Until this day Clair who handles the complaint in Pietermaritzburg has not got back to me. I feel I have been treated badly by Time Freight.<br> <br>
