Terrible Service from the POD Department

What a terrible service I am receiving from POD Timefreight Department!!!!This is my 4th same instance about poor service,i have Timefreight Slip & i've been requesting a POD so many times from Timefreight and i'm just not getting any response from them . Initially i spoke with Lorenzo Sardien he referred the query to Jacques Oncke - Referred to Zeveriano.No one is getting back to me and the Client is on My case waiting for her Feedback.What do i need to do????Waybil number ********** and Asking for a POD.Victoria ********** 806 - **********
