Terrible Service and ****** goods

After being a loyal customer for more than 10 years with no complaints or issues.. It has come to the point where that had to end. For the past year they have been useless with our deliveries. I have a textile business and they transport all our fabrics for us and big parcels. All our rolls of materials are always full of grease and are totally damaged. On one sunday they were apparently ****** in JHB and stole 3 truck loads of equipment and parcels and in their was one of our parcels for a Lodge. R16000 down the drain! After 6 months of fighting, emailing and phone calls they tell us it is not their problem we have to deal with it ourselves. Sick and tired of Time Freight and they either need to be shut down or need new owners.
