Terrible service and goods are damaged.

Terrible courier service. Delivery was shipped on Friday the 20th of December 2019 from Cape Town, only arrived in Durban on Monday afternoon 23rd at 16:05 (according to their tracking page). I received a call on Tuesday morning saying they would deliver before 10am, didn't show up at all. Finally received the delivery a R5500 surfboard today 27th of December and it is badly damaged! I have no doubt that the damage was caused by the couriers since it was probably left in a van for almost a week with other parcels packed on top.
