Teriible Service - Time Freight

I paid for a fridge, Makro online, received a reference number the same day (Friday 28 Jan 2022.) Makro confirmed item is with Time Freight the same day. And I know the delivery policy is 2 – 5 days. Called Makro *** to ask for an update as well as the courier company, which is Time Freigt. Well, their telephone *** “does not exist” as well as their WhatsApp nr *** and they don’t respond to my Facebook Message left an hour ago. Terrible service which I have no control over. My hands are tied.
