Six Months & still waiting for processing of claim

A roof top hot water heater was ordered and Time Freight paid to do the couriering from JHB to Sabie in mid December 2014. After trying to track the parcel (consisting of 5 boxes) I came to understand that 1 box was damaged enroute and was sent back even before it reached Sabie. I have followed up with Chantal, with Hester, with Frans, with Lesley and others inbetween, all informing me that my claim is being processed, this after having to send it through 3 X (2X to Chantal and once to Hester). Everyone assured me they would let me know how far the process had gone. To date not one person has had the courtesy to do so. My last communication with Lesley (PA to Adrian Clark) in April assured me it had been sent to PMB for finalisation and that I would hear from them soon. Nothing. I called JHB again and got pushed from pillar to post. I managed to get PMB's number from them where Time Freight's HQ is situated. Taslyn first told me she had nothing on record matching our weigh bill # and that I should speak to Clair. After 2 attempts and leaving my number, Clair did call back and say she had located our claim and that it would be finalised, hopefully this week. Nearly 6 months later!!!
