Shocking, Shocking Service

<p>We have arranged for a parcel to be sent from George to Melville, Johannesburg using Time Freight. What shocking service. The parcel left George branch on 22/09/2016 and arrived in Johannesburg on 23/09/2016. We were advised but the George branch that we would have our parcel by 1pm today, 26/09/2016. It's now just gone 20:30pm and we still do not have the parcel. My sister waited at her office until 17:00pm, to which no one arrived . The driver then called and confirmed that the parcel would be dropped off where they lived, and yet another disappointment.. This is nothing but shocking service and empty promises to say that lesast? I spoke to the Controller today, I won't mention his name, for the safety of his job. He was the most unprofessional, unfriendly person I've come across, who eventually put the phone down in my ear.. If you are supplying a service, your employees need be polite and want to assist, otherwise they should not be there at all.. If we do not receive this parcel tomorrow, 27/09/2016, we will take this further into social media, as this is pathetic service from the time the parcel arrived in Johannesburg, and this is not acceptable at all.</p> <p>ive had to phone you offices for updates as your tracking system is so pathetic, it which I speak to a bunch of youngsters that seems have been trained with providing white lies to their customers..</p> <p>This is nothing but shocking, and is not acceptable. I will never use Time Freight again, and will inform family and friends to do the same..</p>
