Shocking Service

I don't know where to start. Shocking shocking shocking. I have been following up on the delivery of my parcel. I was informed yesterday that it will arrive in Cape Town in the evening, this morning I was informed that it will arrive tonight or tomorrow and when I just got off the phone now, I was told the parcel were held back.

Time Freight JHB at least answers their phones but it's so difficult to get hold of anyone in Cape Town. I also sent an email twice to 3 different employees in Cape Town and no one even responds. I need this parcel before Christmas and by the look of things it won't happen.

This is not on and I won't accept this level of service.
