Called Joahnnesburg branch to find the whereabouts of my consignment, still don't know when it will be delivered.<br> It took 10 minutes for the first person to answer the phone, was transferred againa nd again, call was cut off after 22 minutes. Called head office, took 5 minutes to answer the phone, transferred to whoever, gave up after further 10 minutes.<br> Phoned Cape Town, wow someone is willing to assist.<br> However I still don't know when the consignment will be delivered except it will be today.I expect a more accurate answer!!!<br> Not professional at all.
