REPOST...They damaged my new generator bending the front wheel shaft and suspension

Almost two months later and they are not doing anything about this matter!!!!

Do not use these guys! They will destroy your goods and shrug it off smiling at you! ********!

Original Post: I had a new generator delivered from their Montague Gardens Cape Town branch. My delivery was done today and unfortunately the unit was damaged during transit. When the truck arrived the unit was tied skew to the side of the truck the right front wheel against the truck wall. Clearly due to this, the unit got damaged in transit! I have photos. I did write on the delivery note that the front wheel shaft is bent and that it was not delivered in good order. This was identified in front of the two delivery personnel. I am really unhappy as this new unit now has bent suspension and even the wheel shaft is bent.
