R1300 for non-existing service

On Thursday, Time Freight picked up a parcel in Pretoria West that must be delivered to me in the Eastern Cape.
Yesterday, the wrong waybill was sent to me by Monique of the Port Elizabeth branch for payment. So I had to wait again for the new waybill to make my payment. I've sent two copies (one directly from my bank, and one from my personal documents) as proof of payment.
This morning I received a mail from Leandri Dunn asking me to send proof of payment urgently (although I've done so twice already.)
When I phoned the branch, I was put on hold, and eventually disconnected from the line without speaking to her. So I had to phone again. And again. And again.
Now, apparently, the parcel is with the third party doing the delivery, but only after a few calls, was told that he/she will be here before 13:00. I live on a farm, so this means that I have to stay home until then to see if the third party pitches with my parcels.

For R1300, this is the worst service I've experienced. Not only do you have *********** workers, a dilapidated phone system with people not answering their phones, but also takes 7 days to deliver a courier parcel from Pretoria to the Eastern Cape.
