Poor & unreliable service

Followed up today on an urgent delivery various times - spoke to the Cape Town branch (where the collection took place) as well as to the Johannesburg branch (delivery point). <br> <br> Received a call from the Jhb branch this morning to advise that we are the 1st delivery today, at 12h00 still no delivery! Called the Cpt branch and consultant said she would follow up with the Jhb branch and phone back, however, an hour later still no feedback. Then phoned the Jhb branch again only to be advised that the truck left late and is now on the way to our area for delivery and we will definitely have the package before 13h00. It is now 13h00 and still no delivery.<br> <br> How could we possibly have been the first delivery for the day considering it is now 13h00?!<br> <br> Very poor service, lots of excuses and don't deliver on their promises...
