Poor service /feedback received

I submitted a report on Hellopeter last week and Time Freight responded with an automated message.<br> <br> On 09 July 2015 I phoned Time Freight to inquire what is going to be done about my complaint and I was told that Mr Venodh will get back to us as he has to make the final decision. Mr Venodh in the meantime phoned the owner of Milmar Fashions and informed her that feedback will be given today (13 July 2015). Guess what? That was not done. Is this really how Time Freight is going to handle their clients? I am going to open a ******** case against Time Freight and the CEO for theft.
