Poor Service

I recently utilised the services of the courier company "TIME FREIGHT" and I am disgusted by the level of service I received from them. I sent a parcel from Komani to Durban on Monday 06/01/2020. They promised that it is going to be at Durban depo on Wednesday 08/01/2020, when I made an enquiry on Thursday 09/01/2020 the parcel nowhere to be found, an employee of the company confirmed that the parcel had been loaded to the vehicle that was to transporting goods to Durban. I then further made an enquiry since the parcel had still not been delivered and the management said they will look into it and get back to me. After doing several follow ups about my parcel, they confirmed that my parcel is missing. They promised to email me a claim form to fill, the claim process will take about 8 weeks. To my surprise they say I might not reimbursed. I am so disappointed about their poor service management included. I am not happy at all! And the whole thing disgust me!!!
