Poor service!!!

I went to send a package on Friday they told me this package will be delivered on Saturday. I phoned just to make sure, they said Saturday it would be delivered. There is no deliveries made over the weekend this is unaceptable. I used time freight as this was a urgent package and they confirmed it would be delivered today! If I knew this I would have used a different company! Poor service, empty promises!
