Poor service

Time freight had to collect a parcel in jhb ons wednesday the 11th, I was contacted by the supplier that timefreight did not collect as arranged.<br> <br> Trying to speak t a manager from head office or Jhb branch resulted to nothing as I was place on hold and had to wait for the next person.<br> <br> Thus my parcel still sits in jhb due to their incompetence and now added is the massive phone bill trying to get it sorted.
