Poor Service

My parcel is way over due for delivery. I phoned Time Freight billing , they send me a email invoice , 12 min later I EFT, there courier arrived shortly afterwards, but still dont know about payment that was made, therefore did not do the delivery. I phoned there office in Jnb again, ask to speak to the manager on duty, I was informed the Frans is not in right now but will return my call,2 hours later I call back just to be told by his staff that the message was conveyed to him, but he said he is not calling me back\
