Poor service

I own a small Aluminium business, stop supp**** from PE. Supplier uses only Time Freight. Aluminium left PE last Monday, followed up with courier on Wednesday said load missed cut off for delivery to my town will be delivered on Friday. On Friday I followed up, was told that third party will deliver on Friday. At 16:00 when queried delivery were told, Aluminium were too long for the vehicle used and could not be delivered. We're promised delivery before 12:00 on Monday as I have clients waiting. We're called this morning once again can't deliver today will try for tomorrow. I am annoyed pay full price for speedy delivery take weeks literally.
