Poor Excuse of a Courier Company

I sent a parcel on the 15th of October from Tzaneen to pretoria. I understand that the receiver did not want to pay so I paid the amount stipulated on the 19th of October. From the 19th I have not received a call to say that it will be delivered nor any other response from them. it is now the 28th of October and after sending a mail to their head office I have still not received any call to say when it will be delivered.<br> <br> This is by far the worst courier company and I will never use them again. <br> <br> They have no decency, no customer focus, no answers, no anything. Please do not use this company, you will be disappointed.
