Poor delivery service

My parcel has been dispatched on Monday from PMB and has still not arrived. When I called they first cut me off, then they told me it's on its way. it has still not arrived. When I called again I was told they can't find my work address even though it is a very accurate address description. I have been on the phone now for 10 minutes as I get passed from pillar to post. The driver has no GPS. An entry of either the address or the company name would have brought him straight to my address.
