Pathetic - Time Freight
Time Freight really couldn't care less. Time freight was supposed to collect a package from me. They said they plan to collect it at 18:00. That time did not suit me, since I had a prior appointment. I called Johan of Time Freight to explain that to him at 12:07. He said that he would ask JP, of their George depot, to call me to arrange a time. At 13:15 I sent a WhatsApp message to Johan, pointing out that JP still had not called me. At 13:24 Johan responded to say that JP would call me soon. It is now 17:40 pm and JP still has not called me. Don't do business with people who don't keep their commitments.
