Pathetic Service Time Freight

From 9h00 to 9h30. I called JHB Time Freight on ***. The switchboard or reception lady kept asking me to hold whilst she tranfers to customer service. Whilst hilding their voice prompt talk of SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The switchboard lady cut my call a number of times. I simply pressed redail instantly. Why do companies treat customers like kids ? Why make a service promise you cant keep ? After all <br> She took my numbers and NO SERVICE OFFEOFFERED.
