Pathetic Service !! No Service !!

I called this morning 5 times they keep on putting the phone down in my ear.. after eventually getting assistance from them they assured me that the parcel would be collected today.. Surprise, surprise parcel was not collected.

I phoned in another 11 times to hear why they have not collected just to get the phone put down in my ear again while talking to them,
