Pathetic service and Support from Time Freight

So it's been over a month now and my Silver Case is still missing and my claim is still not settled..... After tons of emails and questions they've decided to ignore my query as to when and if my claim will be settled. It feels like they are playing for time.... No phone calls from them nothing.... I am not willing to walk away from this it is a lot of money that I do not have to loose.... I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER.....
