Pathetic Service!

For the last ± 18 years we have been very loyal clients of Time Freight. Unfortunately all that changed rapidly in the last 3 months. Worst, unreliable service at ridiculously high prices. Do not mind paying a little extra for good service, but to pay this much for poor service is not acceptable. My rates are overnight but a collection from Middelburg, which was requested on Thursday 19 Sept, only arrived in Nelspruit today, 25 September. And this is not the only incident in the last 3 months. Weekly non-collections, late deliveries, no deliveries at all, etc...... Pathetic service Time Freight.
