Pathetic Service

<p>A parcel send from Herm**** have to be delivered on Friday as promised. After a phone call I was told that Kimberley Time Freight does not deliver on </p> <p>Saturdays. Monday morning I phoned again. Jenine told me that my pacage was on the van for delivery ( without even taking my parcel number or my name). I received a traffic fine now because my car's permit have expired. Who is going to pay for that now???? Pathetic service!!!!</p>
