Pathetic service

I placed a online collection request on the 11/12/2015 to do a pick for me and still today they haven't picked up my parcel phoned them on Monday and they said it will be picked up on Monday, monday passed and no collection, phoned them on tuesday they said they will phone back, waited 3 hours no call back so i phoned again they said no it will definitely be picked up today but guess what still nothing, this is pathetic service time freight has no client service and is the worst courier ever, after this bad experience
