Pathetic Service

Why do you even have a call centre if nobody does anything there?

1st call - Selected my options, someone answers with "Hello" (is this their personal phone) I respond with - "Hi you're speaking to Caleb" - She then tells me to hold on and puts me through to someone else. I ask the 2nd lady if this is quotations since I dialled that option. She then says please wait, and puts me on hold again, the phone then cuts.

2nd call - I speak to a guy this time, he answers the phone with "Hello" - I ask him the same question about if it quotations and he just put the phone down on me.

3rd call - My girlfriend calls this time and gets hung up on by the first person to answer.

4th call - we eventually get through to someone who proceeds to tell us that we can not help us, I am literally trying to send a box with 2 jackets and 2 pairs of shoes to my mother but I cant be helped by a courier company?

Pathetic service to say the least.
