Pathetic service

<p>I ordered goods online fro CTM head office to Meloding, Virginia. The parcel was given to Times Freight on the 14th Dec 2016 . A delivery date was the 20 & 21 Dec 2016 and still non delivery to my hometown. </p> <p>On the 22nd i call CTM asking for courier details and they provide with contact details. I call Time frieght and they asked for directions and they arrived. I was shocked when a courier guy demad for R1040 for a delivery cost. Like really!!!!i explained to him that when i placed ordered to CTM delivery cost was included, i paid R650 for delivery cost. A courier guy return with my goods saying CTM did not pay for delivery. I dont get get cause i did pay for delivery cost. </p> <p> I feel time freight doesnt deserve to be a service provide because they mistreat customer, how on earth am i suppose to pay for a second delivery cost. </p> <p> </p>
