Parcel tracking

This is probably the worst service I have ever received from any company. I don't want to hear which sport you sponsor, I just want to find out where my parcel is. 5 calls,, 2 days, still no luck. Maybe you should sponsor less events and employ more customer service staff so you clients don't have to spend hours of their time to track parcels. I have even complained on your facebook page, on friday, someone responded and said they will assist, well it is now 11h00 on monday, and no response. Why make a promise with no intention to keep it anyway? Hopefully I would never need to work through you guys again.<br> <br> Even the SA post office gives better service.<br> <br> I will rather pay a bit more through The Courier Guy knowing I get awesome service every single time!!!
