Parcel not delivered on time

A parcel was handed in at Time Freight Nelspruit and it was to be delivered before 10 am at my offices in Johannesburg. Up and until today 09/04/2015 - 11:47 the parcel was not yet delivered and every one in Johannesburg is wanting to blaim the Nelspruit branch for their incompetance. No one seem to have an answer as to why the parcel was not delivered and no one is phoning back. I have left numerous messages for the manager
