Parcel not delivered after 2 months!

I paid the courier, Craft Couriers, who sub-contracted time Freight in delivering parcels. After 2 months I still have not received my package. According to Time Freight they were not paid, although Craft Couriers insist that he has paid them. Time Freight is now refusing to deliver my parcel. The payment is between them, and should be sorted by them, I paid my parcel and for the courier service and should receive my package.
