paid for overnight delivery. item delivered 1 week later

i paid for overnight delivery from durban to johannesburg. item was shipped on thursday. no delivery till tuesday. not even an attempt was made to contact me. I eventually got fed up, and contacted time freight. they promised to deliver immediately. it did not happen the same day. eventually got delivered almost 6 days later than it was supposed to be delivered. I demanded a refund for non delivery. I talked to the Area manager, FRANS, who was of no help. I then stepped it up to the Johannesburg branch manager, ADRIAN CLARKE. he has ignored me to date. I have sent many correspondences, all to no avail. This has been the most disgraceful delivery of service to be experienced in the field of parcel delivery. Strongly reccommend other alternative companies be attempted, before being forced to turn to this service provider.
