Package open wasn't seald

Bought goods, when Time Freight deliver the packaging wasn't sealed and one of my items in side is missing. I called Stephan From East London tell me i must call Johannesburg branch for Chantell she can help me. They tolled me i must call Klerksdorp Branch and they dont pick up there phone. Now paid them R364.90 so you expect to get good safe travel and no missing goods in the package and BE SEALED NOT UN SEALED.<br> im not very happy with TIME FREIGHT and they just say call there and there.
