Package never delivered.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

They are the absolute worst courier company.

We had a VERY expensive machine couriered from Ermelo to Empangeni (apparently this delivery route goes via JHB). Video footage "apparently" indicates that the parcel was loaded onto the truck in Ermelo, but never "checked-in" to JHB.

The customer service is disgustingly terrible.

Having read other reviews initially, we would have gone with other couriers.
