Nothing timely about Time Freight

I had a parcel sent from Cape Town on the 3rd December. Its now the 7th December and nobody at Time freight can tell me where the parcel is, even if you have a reference number. When you phone Time freight expect to be shunted from pillar to post, that's if you are lucky enough to have someone answer the phone. Then you when you get to the right department they are on lunch. <br> <br> So much for the Time freight, there is nothing timely about them, they don't even know whats going on in there own business and it seems that the right arm does not know what the left arm is doing. Out of 10 being best service I would rate this company and their service as a 1. Never again would I use this company.
