no service never use them

Recently booked a pick up on 20-02-2020 , pickup was supposed to be the next day 21-02-2020, its now 24-02-2020 and not one person at time freight could give me an answer. The manager at the branch could not even tell me what the fault is and after 2 days of phone calls etc, the parcel was found at the branch not send to its destination, no excuse or anything was give just ...THE PARCEL WILL BE THERE TOMORROW. Now i still have to pay for this **** service, i will now not use time freight in our business again , call center staff are useless and so are the managers, no customer service as they dont know what a customer is..
