No service at all

Good day 8 days ago a parcel was collected from Bloemfontein that had to be delivered to Glasfit Cradock. Marvin in Bloemfontein confirmed each day that the parcel is on its way and will be delivered. 8 days later they parcel is still at the PE branch and has not been sent off , even after pop's to the accounts were sent to Anika. This company is terrible and will never be used by us again.
