No refund for lost parcel!!

In December I sent a parcel via Time Freight (Komatipoort) back to Spree in Cape Town. They subsequently lost the parcel & prevented me from getting a refund on the item I had sent back to Spree. They admitted to losing the parcel & even though I have contacted numerous people & submitted a claim numerous times, no one has gotten back to me regarding my claim. It has now been almost SIX MONTHS & still nothing!!! The cost of the parcel & the shipping amounted to R743 & I would like my money back! I cannot believe the disorganization & poor customer service I have received.
