No feedback regarding missing parcel

<p>On 14 April a consignment from 2 suppliers were delivered to us. There was however no waybill for the Hydrofire parcels. On inspection later, it was found that there was flues missing and that two boxes was sent fromHydrofire, but only one delivered. The depot later tried to get me to sign a photo copied POD for 2 boxes... I reported the claim to Time Freight on 4 April 2016, but up to now has not yet received any feedback whatsoever. I am also complaining and claiming for damaged flues, they are clearly labeled Fragile and "this side up" but cannot even be used once I receive it here.</p>
