No Delivery Information

I am trying to ascertain why my Fridge is going to be delivered, i got a message this morning to say it going to be today, no prior warning, nothing, i need to organise someone to be at my house for this delivery, i have been trying to get an answer from Chantal (who is useless) since i got the message at 10 this morning, she either isn't at her desk, i was told to she'll call me back, she hasn't, i've now been on hold for over 20 minutes by her and just been cut off again! This is unacceptable! I am now being given the run a around because your staff incompetence! Oh and apparently it been out for delivery for 2 days??????????????
