No change

<p>Our reception lady just received a parcel addressed to me via Time Freight. The cost was R 567. I was not sure of the exact amount, so I left R 580 with her. I only received R 10 change. So somewhere my R 3 vanished into somebody's pocket.</p> <p> </p> <p>It may sound petty to moan about R 3, but in principal it is wrong. If a parcel is delivered COD, surely the guy should have change on him?? Who has the exact amount with them at all times.</p>
