MISSING PARCELS, CUSTOMER ****MED BY TIME FREIGHT EXPRESS CAPE TOWN BRANCH

I would like to log a complaint about my 2 ****** boxes at Time Freight in the Cape town branch - ***. I received a collection note from Advance Transport clearly showing that they gave Time Freight 3 boxes that were shipped from the UK. But as a customer only 1 box was delivered on the 8th of August 2019. I then queried this with Time Freight and I was told that they are doing investigation. Their warehouse was checked/investigated and their driver that collected the boxes says he only collected 1 box.

I have been chasing this complaint for the past 8 weeks and I have not received any positive feedback from Time Freight personnel - ***elle Daniels. they promise to get back to me and I end up being the one making calls.

I've asked for the supervisor or manager but I cannot get through to them as they don't give out the information.
