MISSING ITEM!!!

I have always used Time Freight when it comes to couriering big items around South Africa, but in January 2019, I dropped a vehicle roof (NOT SO SMALL) they were gonna take it to Johannesburg for me, so i can get refunded by the supplier as it was not right for my vehicle. Well not to any concern to me they were offline for some reason, it was just after 5pm, they guy assisting me took my email adress, said he will email me the waybill, he gave me no slip, so after a week I contacted the supplier to query my refund, to my surprise he said he never received the roof, I went to Time Freight who also said there is no such item lying around the depot?? They asked me for my manual waybill, which i was never given to begin with!! Needless to say I am furious as I have paid Time Freight to receive (+/- R500) an incorrect item & to return (+/- R500) the item & still I paid R5000 for the item which is now MISSING??!!
