missing glass

I arranged with Time Freight in standerton to collect a parcel for me in jhb on tuesday afternoon. It was a reptile cage 1200x45x45 with slide in glass doors. Vanessa at repitle city witness the pick up by time freight with the glass in the cage slots securely held in place by layered cardboard and package tape as not to damage the glass. When delivered to me on wednesday afternoon there was no more glass in the slots and the side of the cage was clearly tampered with ( taken apart) as this is the only way the glass could be removed!!!!! Ive reported this matter to the branch and still no reply.
