***** and can’t keep promises

I bought stuff at Headboards For Africa and was told to expect delivery on Monday from Time Freight. I didn’t go to work that Monday hoping they’ll deliver and they didn’t. Tuesday I called Time Freight in the morning and was told that they tried to deliver, I told them I didn’t get a call from them and they said they’ll go investigate and get back to me, but they didn’t. I called them again on Tuesday around 3pm and they apologized and asked to deliver the very same day after hours and I told them that it’s fine. I cancelled all my plans and stayed at home but as usual they didn’t come or bothered to call. This is ridiculous, you can’t play with your customers minds like that, I find that very disrespectful. I will never use this company ever again.
