Laptop and I pad dissapeared

We send stock from Cape Town to KZN in a box when it got to the shop an laptop and I pad was missing from inside the box we went through CCTV footage to make sure it wasn't unpacked and it wasn't we then phoned the cape town offices to report the goods missing we were told that they will investigate.Odette phoned back to say she spoke to vryheid depot and they say the box was in good condition when they delivered but I must complete a claim form we then went into the offices where Odette came to see us and said she did her investigations and it seems like our manager or workers stole it I said to her we have CCTV footage and she must send someone to go check it she say the people say they not going to waist their time as the box was in good condition but the matter will be handed to her superior Candice which is no superior at all but also in the call centre yesterday I receive a letter they not going to pay out for the lost goods I phoned Head Office yesterday to speak to Ettiene who is the CEO but he is in forever meetings Claire said Freddie will phone me guess what I'm still waiting court and the newspapers will be the next step TIRED of this I spend more than R500 on airtime
