Items missing when consignment delivered

Pathetic service from Time Freight. Requested a collection from Cpt to Jhb. 25 pieces were collected in Cpt ( confirmed by the collection note signed by Time Freight driver). When delivered to Jhb - only 18 pieces arrived ( confirmed by the new driver from the Jhb depot). Customer Services ( Cayla Dyers ) insists that the entire consignment was delivered. However, you cannot argue with the proof at hand - collection note from CPt confirms 25 pieces were collected. They refuse to take any responsibility for the lost pieces. Somewhere between the Jhb depot and the delivery point , the 7 pieces "went missing". But Time Freight is clearly NOT interested in their reputation or work ethic. I've only now seen all the other complaints for Time Freight - and I'm not surprised. Probably won't even get a response from them
